Do you offer a warranty on your weight plates and bars?
Yes, all Rival Strength equipment comes with a standard 12-month warranty against manufacturing defects. Specific commercial-grade items may feature extended structural warranties.
Can I return an item if it doesn't fit my home gym space?
We offer a 30-day return policy. Items must be in their original packaging and unused condition. Please note that the customer is responsible for return shipping costs for non-defective items.
Are your barbells compatible with standard or Olympic plates?
Our high-performance barbells are designed for Olympic weight plates with a 2-inch (50mm) center hole. Check the product specifications for individual load ratings and knurling details.
Do you provide assembly services for heavy power racks?
Currently, we provide detailed digital and physical assembly manuals for all racks. Our equipment is designed for straightforward DIY assembly, but we recommend having two people present for larger builds.
