Olympic Rubber Tri-Grip Plates

Featuring an easy to use tri-grip design that offers more comfort and mobility when performing single plate exercises. The tri-grip design also allows for quick and easy changeovers when adjusting weights before or between sets. 

These plates have a solid cast iron core, and fully coated in a low odour rubber.

Suitable for any Olympic (2"/50mm) barbell, machine, or attachment. Fixed metal inserts for added strength and stability when on the bar.
